Came here with friends since we were craving Italian and none of us have been here. We arrived at 5:30, which I'm glad because it got more crowded later.
For an appetizer, my fiancé got the prosciutto and melon. The honey dew melon was surprisingly nicely ripe, sweet, and juicy. Paired with the saltiness of the prosciutto, it was a refreshing start to dinner.
The fiancé got the seafood fettuccine (calamari, scallops, and shrimp). He loved the creaminess of the sauce without being too heavy, and he enjoyed all the seafood that accompanied the dish.
I got the chicken sorrentino - it came with a huuuge piece of breaded tenderized chicken, breaded eggplant, mozzarella, and plenty of mushrooms with the linguine. Yum! So delicious and for the "small" order, I had a hard time finishing it - and I was hungry!
The house bread that comes complimentary was pretty good although to be honest, idk why many people rave about it lol.
I also thought it was great that my friends got the chicken provenciale to share so they got a regular size. Instead of just giving them extra plates to share, they actually played it separately and nicely before hand! Nice touch :)
The service was also good and friendly :) in all, I would recommend this place! All that food, and our bill only came out to $57 (without tip) which is pretty good. -

I've always wanted to try this place, and I'm glad I finally got to. This cute little Italian restaurant is tucked away in the Aiea Shopping Plaza.
I was quite pleased with the all of the choices they had to offer. I especially loved how they offer two different portion sizes at both lunch and dinner(small and regular). You don't find that kind of option offered in a lot of restaurants now days.
I got the regular portion of the shrimp anchovy olio pasta. It was delicious! It had a generous amount of shrimp, and the perfect amount of garlic, spice, and saltiness from the anchovies. Don't let the anchovies scare you. Anchovies in pasta is so good.
Over all I'm pleased with my experience here. The service was friendly. The prices and serving sizes are reasonsble for the quality and quantity. And I love that I don't have to go all the way to town for a nice date night with my husband. I highly recommend this place. -

This restaurant is not for the "traditional" Italian lovers. There's some type of fusion to it. But its delicious either way you look at it. It's a family owned restaurant and there's only one real waiter there so they give everyone that does a carry out order either a 10% or a 20% discount. I forget which one but they give it to you. The portions are very generous and the price is very reasonable.
We ordered our food to go and they have it down to a science. when we got home from the 10-13min drive our bread was still warm our butter was still firm but soft enough to spread and our food was still hot so we didn't have to warm it up.
Our go to Italian restaurant. -

Conveniently located in Aiea Palazzo is mediocre at best, let me explain. We came here on a Wednesday night as I was craving Italian food. The wait staff was overwhelmed as they were attending to a large party on the other side of the restaurant. We were seated quickly and after looking through the menu we both knew what we wanted, we order an appetizer and our entree and waited. Our appetizer, the bruschetta came out fairly quickly and was flavorful and refreshing. We waited a little over 45 minutes for our entree and after a long day at work, you could assume we were both hungry. We looked around and realize no one else had their food and was contemplating walking out.
Finally, our food arrived. My chicken piccata was tasteless, although it came with garlic and mushrooms. My boyfriend had the carbonara and he too said the sauce was lacking in flavor.
To say the least, we were both disappointed, this place was rated well and the photos looked promising. We both agreed we wouldn't be coming back again. By the way, I was able to write this review and proof read this as we waited for our check. -

A small Italian restaurant with pretty nice menu. Their special was a little plain, I wish they added more salt. But their seafoods are fresh.
